Villa Davella is a lovely detached secluded villa with its own private solar panel heated swimming pool situated in large well-tended colourful gardens. Quiet and peaceful but only 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport and 10 minutes drive from the tourist resort and beaches of Puerto Del Carmen and Puerto Calero Marina. For supermarkets, restaurants and bars the village of Tias with its Golf Course are also close by. There is a large Eurospar supermarket 5 minutes drive from the villa.
A car is essential for this hillside location.

The swimming pool is very inviting with comfortable sunbeds to relax on around the terrace.
Wind down awnings around the front door area have created another lovely secluded area to enjoy a relaxing drink or alfresco meal - barbecue or breakfast.
There is a stainless steel built in Barbecue by the pool.
