 The villa is 10 minutes drive from Arrecife Airport and the tourist resort of Puerto Del Carmen with its shops, restaurants and beaches. The village of Tias is also close by for supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
There is now also a large Eurospar Supermarket 5 mins drive from the villa

Puerto Calero Marina and the new golf course at Tias are also only 10-15 minutes drive from the villa.

Cat lovers will enjoy the company of a little siamese cat called 'Marmite' who lives in the grounds of the villa.
