The villa is 10 minutes drive from Arrecife Airport and 10 minutes drive to the tourist resort of puerto Del Carmen with its shops, restaurants and beaches. The village of Tias is also close by for supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Cat lovers will enjoy the company of a little siamese cat called 'Marmite' who lives in the grounds of the villa.
