VILLA RENTAL FEES   -  2025

Fees are per week (7 nights minimum stay) for the Villa

2 guests         £770 (from 1st Jan 2026 price will be £800 for 2 guests)

then £100 per person extra per week to a maximum of 6  (£120 from 1st Jan 2026)

          3 guests          £870

          4 guests          £970

5 guests          £1070

6 guests          £1170

prices inclusive of IGIC (Spanish tax)

£150 per week deposit to confirm the booking (within 10 weeks of holiday deposit non-returnable)

balance payable eight weeks prior to the holiday.

We take payments by bank transfer in GB Pounds

A car is essential for your stay at this location.
