VILLA RENTAL FEES   -  2026

Fees are per week (7 nights minimum stay) for the Villa

2 guests         £800

then £120 per person extra per week to a maximum of 6

          3 guests          £920

          4 guests          £1040

5 guests          £1160

6 guests          £1200

prices inclusive of IGIC (Spanish tax)

£150 per week deposit to confirm the booking (within 10 weeks of holiday deposit non-returnable)

balance payable eight weeks prior to the holiday.

We take payments by bank transfer in GB Pounds
